My host already does backups. Why do I need this?

What happens if an update breaks my website?

Does this service include making changes to my content?

Do I need to move my hosting to Red Jet?

No. This service is designed for “Bring Your Own Hosting.” Whether you are with GoDaddy, Bluehost, or a local provider, we can manage and protect your site. We simply need an Administrator login to your WordPress dashboard to get started.

Can I just click “Update” myself?

You can, but it is risky. Automated updates don’t check for compatibility. We manually review plugin change logs and test updates to ensure they won’t crash your site. We also monitor security feeds to know which plugins need urgent patching before the automated schedulers even run.

Am I locked into a contract?
